How to track Enhertu side effects between cycles
Each evening, score the side effects you notice from 0 to 10, note when they started and what helped, and bring the pattern to your oncology team. Your team will tell you which symptoms to report right away and which to watch.
What to write each day
- Symptoms you were told to watch for: write the exact list your team gave you.
- Common things to note: nausea, tiredness, appetite, mouth sores, breathing, cough, mood.
- Score each from 0 to 10, with the time of day.
- What helped and what made it worse.
Report right away
Anything your team told you to report right away, such as new or worsening breathing problems or a cough, should be reported at once using the number you were given. Do not wait for your diary or your next visit.
Before each cycle
- Pick your three worst symptoms since last time.
- Note when they started and how they changed.
- Write your questions, most important first.
